The team swiftly scheduled an appointment for the replacement of the window handles.\n\nTrue to their promise, the team arrived promptly and on the agreed date. As a delightful surprise, the manager himself came over to rectify the defective parts. He also noticed that our windows required adjustment \u2013 something we hadn't identified. He has scheduled another appointment to rectify this proactively, highlighting his attention to detail and commitment to pre-empting potential issues.\n\nIndeed, we all are human, and occasional errors and defective parts can be part of any service or product journey. I met with their DG and they reassured me things will be fixed as we even noticed during our meeting that the second panel on the window ( which was supposed to be removable) was extremely or almost impossible to remove ( which my daughter would not be able to open at all if there was an emergency). Things are looking up.\n\nInitial review Nov 5th, 2024- Unfortunately did not get the same service as most of the reviews here. Had the estimate done to replace one window in basement to meet specs required by the city to put in bedroom. Vendor spoke to my husband and sent someone over to measure the current window that required replacing. Gentleman was ok but not very pleasant, took measurements and left. They sent us the estimate by email and it said that the window would meet egress required for the room so we said ok lets go get this done. They sent in another man to re-measure before they ordered. We then got another email saying the order was submitted and they would contact us when ready which it said allow 6-8 weeks ( no document or order form was attached). After 9 weeks we had to call them since no one contacted us. The Lady there said \" oh we just received it yesterday\" and we booked the installation time and day. I was told the installers would be there for around 11am on that Friday. At 1pm they had still not arrived and had not contacted me to advise being late. I sent an email as no one was answering their phones either. At 1h30 the installers showed up with a window that looked much smaller than the one i already had but was told it was the one that was being installed, that it just looked that way because it was still wrapped. There are now large gaps around the frame where the old window was and a mention on the final bill that the window does NOT meet egress requirements. Why would i have replaced a window that needed to be egress for one that was not?! Have not heard back from them about this. Very disappointed. Be careful. The vendor will tell you everything you want just to get a sale is what this looks
